Walking to the creek by our house 5-5-08
Like I said in my last post, we are really enjoying the weather! The kids and I took a walk & we made necklaces out of flowers.(does anyone remember doing this?) I also made Izzy one but in order for her not to eat it I had to make a crown! Kami loved it on her! Michael also found an alligator snapping turtle and we now have a new pet! (An outside on the front porch pet!) I'm not much for turtles but it is a cute little thing!

We used to wear flower jewelry all the time when I was a kid! Oh, the memories! Also, be careful with your new pet! Gabe lost all the skin off the tip of his finger due to a turtle! Of course, he's the one who felt the need to stick his finger in the turtle's face, just to see what would happen!
Looks like you're taking full advantage of the great outdoors! I noticed OK seems to have so many wildflowers - very cute crown, and baby.

Rachel- Yes we realized we were missing the blanket when we got home but I made her so many of those when I was pregnant that I sure have plenty to cover one being gone!
I love the turtle, but I really loved the tiny baby frogs Michael had on your porch the other day.
Is the turtle with the fingernail polish on it's back still in your front yard flower bed?
